Absolutely, we take pride in being a government-licensed medical tourism provider accredited by the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare. In fact, all legitimate medical tourism companies must be registered under the Ministry — and it’s very important to check this when doing your research, as unfortunately there are many unlicensed operators. Working with an unlicensed company means you have no protection as a patient.

Beauty Hopper charges a USD 100 planning fee. This covers your personalized case review, surgeon and clinic matching, communication with the clinics, and a comparison of the options that suit you best. Paying it does not obligate you to book surgery through Beauty Hopper. The planning fee is non-refundable.

If you proceed with surgery at one of our vetted clinics, our standard coordination and on-the-ground support come at no additional fee, because the clinic covers our service fee. This includes a dedicated coordinator, translation and support at your clinic visits, surgery-day and discharge assistance, and follow-up support during your stay.

Surgery fees are quoted directly by the clinic and paid directly to the clinic. The price you receive is the same whether you book directly or through Beauty Hopper.

If you would like to meet clinics in person before booking surgery, we can coordinate in-person consultations for a separate fee of USD 125 per clinic. This covers our team's assistance throughout the visit. If you go on to have surgery at that clinic, the fee for that clinic is refunded. If you consult with several clinics, only the fee for the clinic you choose is refunded. Video consultations are also available, subject to the doctor's availability, and carry a separate fee. Other services outside our standard support may also carry additional fees, which are always explained in advance.

Yes. If you would like to secure your surgery spot, you will need to pay a deposit. In most cases, this is approximately 10% of the total surgery fee, although the exact amount may vary depending on the clinic and procedure.

The deposit is deducted from your total surgery cost upon arrival and is not an additional fee.

Your journey doesn't end when your flight home begins. If you have questions or concerns after returning home, our team will remain available to help coordinate communication with your clinic and guide you through the next steps.

We receive many proposals from clinics in Korea. However, not all are accepted into our network. As a licensed medical tourism provider, our selection process is extremely strict — because nothing matters more than our patients’ safety, results, and overall experience. We only work with clinics that consistently deliver excellent outcomes and uphold the highest safety standards. More importantly, we don’t just choose the clinic, we choose the doctor. Our patients are matched with experienced, skilled surgeons whose results we have personally witnessed, and we take proactive steps to ensure they are never assigned to less experienced doctors by the clinic. If a clinic or doctor fails to maintain the level of honesty, care, and after-surgery responsibility we expect, they are immediately removed from our network. It’s not about who pays more — our company has the same rate across all clinics. What matters is trust, consistency, and specialists we can confidently recommend.
